Gutiars, Accordions & Ukuleles: If the your musical instrument is damaged upon receipt, in most cases the manufacturer will send you a shipping label for you to send it back to them. They would either repair it if it is something small, or replace it if there is a major problem.

If you purchase an undamaged musical instrument from me, but you do not feel comfortable with it, I will refund your money but you would be responsible for the return shipping. Most stores would charge you a restocking fee, but I won't charge you for that. In this situation, you should send the guitar to me, and I would either keep it for my personal use or try to resell it.

In all cases be sure to return the product in its original packing, I always insure instruments for their full value, and you should do the same.

ConcertinasCustomers will receive a full refund of the purchase price if the instrument is returned within two weeks of receiving the instrument. A fifty dollar restocking fee will be charged for concertinas because they are no longer considered new and can only be resold at a reduced price. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

Other items such as Bags, Cases, Books, CDs, DVDs, etc. are returnable only if the item is defective or if we shipped the wrong item.

Accessories & T-shirts may be returned or exchanged if unworn, unused, and returned with original packaging, if any.

The customer is responsible for any additional shipping unless we sent the wrong item or the item is defective.

I do my best to treat you right. Thank you.
