Customers will receive a full refund of the purchase price if the instrument is returned within two weeks of receiving the instrument, provided that it is in original condition. Shipping charges are not refundable. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges. In some circumstances (such as returns after a free shipping promotion), we will charge a 2% re-stocking fee.

Be sure to look at the drop-down menu to see all of the available shipping methods. For non-US orders, be sure to choose a shipping method labeled Int'l (for international).
Insurance against loss or damage is included for merchandise over $100, unless otherwise requested.
